Jersey's Filip Nowacki, 18, wins European 200m breaststroke title in Paris

Filip Nowacki, an 18-year-old from Jersey, won the men's 200m breaststroke at the European Aquatics Championships in Paris in 2:07.70 — 0.08 seconds ahead of Dutch swimmer Caspar Corbeau (2:07.78). The gold follows his Commonwealth Games title in Glasgow the previous month, where he made history for Jersey. Austria's Luka Mladenovic took bronze in 2:08.91.
