Filmhub strikes UnderCurrent partnership to move YouTube creators onto streaming platforms

Filmhub has partnered with talent management firm UnderCurrent to license digital creators' content to VOD platforms and negotiate original film and TV deals, Variety reports. The deal grants Filmhub exclusive access to UnderCurrent's roster, including paranormal creator Kelsi Davies (3.2 million YouTube subscribers), comedian Jimmy Here (2 million), and horror documentarian Nexpo (4 million). CEO Alan d'Escragnolle said Filmhub wanted to expand into the digital creator space.
