Ella Langley's 'Choosin' Texas' Posts 17th Week at No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100

Ella Langley's 'Choosin' Texas' has spent its 17th nonconsecutive week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, the singles chart tracking the biggest US songs across sales, streams and radio airplay. Only three songs have held the top spot longer in the chart's history. Langley, a 27-year-old Alabama singer, was scheduled to perform at the Moody Center in Austin on Aug. 13.
