Björk plays eclipse-timed set for 7,000 at Echolalia festival in Iceland
Björk performed a one-hour set timed to the exact 64 seconds of totality during a solar eclipse over Hafnarfjörður, Iceland, on August 12. Around 7,000 people attended her one-day Echolalia festival at Víðistaðatún sculpture park. Arca delivered a DJ set; the festival also marked the 40th anniversary of Smekkleysa, the Icelandic label founded in 1986. Pitchfork reported the details.
