Ticketmaster now connects its live ticket inventory to five AI assistants — Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, Amazon Alexa+, and Google AI Mode — through one model context protocol. Fans query events in plain language; the assistant surfaces seating and prices, pre-selects seats, then sends users to Ticketmaster to pay.
