Baur rejects Bundesliga for Celtic switch

Celtic signed German midfielder Mika Baur from Paderborn on a four-year deal worth around €8m. Baur turned down the chance to play in the Bundesliga — Germany's top flight — for the first time, either with Paderborn or another club, to join Celtic in the Scottish Premiership. The 22-year-old has represented Germany at every youth level up to under-21s.
