Banijay shuts All3Media offices in Singapore and New York; Louise Pedersen exits

Banijay Rights is closing former All3Media International offices in Singapore and New York as it folds distribution into one operation spanning more than 150 production labels. All3Media International chief Louise Pedersen is exiting. Cathy Payne leads the merged sales arm, with Matt Creasey promoted to SVP World ex-EMEA. The closures follow the $8 billion Banijay–All3Media merger, which Banijay says will yield €50 million in cost savings.
