Pokémon Bank, the free cloud storage app for the Nintendo 3DS era, stops working on 26 February 2027 at 12:00 PM, Serebii and Nintendo Everything reported on 13 August 2026. After that, stored Pokémon become inaccessible and Bank loses its link to Pokémon Home. Home, the successor, requires a paid subscription; its free tier holds 30 Pokémon.
