NYFF64 Currents: 15 Features and 28 Shorts Unveiled

Film at Lincoln Center unveiled the Currents section of the 64th New York Film Festival on 13 August 2026, per Variety: 15 features and 28 shorts dedicated to formally adventurous cinema. Tala Hadid's world-premiering "Bardi," centred on a 16th-century Moroccan equestrian ritual, is the centerpiece. NYFF64 runs 25 September–12 October across all five boroughs.
