Russian Shadow Fleet Tanker Leaks Up to One Million Barrels Off Oman

The Caroline Bezengi — part of Russia's "shadow fleet" of vessels moving sanctioned oil — ran aground off Oman after unexplained explosions near Yemen. Carrying up to one million barrels of crude toward India, it has fouled 2,000 square kilometres of coastline. No one has claimed an attack; the International Maritime Organization is monitoring.
