RCA Records marketing chief Val Pensa departs to launch firm Moonstruck

Val Pensa, senior vice president and head of marketing at RCA Records — the Sony Music label — has left after 15 years to launch Moonstruck, a management and marketing firm based in Los Angeles. Pensa, who oversaw campaigns for Doja Cat, P!nk and Tate McRae, announced the venture on August 13. Moonstruck's client roster has not been disclosed.
