Zeitz MoCAA splits leadership: Dyangani Ose named artistic director, Mustapha managing director

Zeitz MoCAA in Cape Town has named Elvira Dyangani Ose artistic director and Fawaz Mustapha managing director, effective 1 October 2026. Co-founder David Green announced the joint-leadership structure at a press briefing, separating artistic and operational authority at a museum that has seen repeated leadership upheaval since its 2017 opening. Dyangani Ose succeeds Koyo Kouoh, who died in 2025.
