Bethesda to port Oblivion Remastered Switch 2 performance fixes to PC, PS5 and Xbox

Bethesda confirmed on 13 August 2026 it is "looking into bringing" optimisations from the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Oblivion Remastered to PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. The Switch 2 version, released in August 2026, runs smoothly; the April 2025 PC, PS5 and Xbox versions still suffer stuttering, uneven frame pacing and crashes. No patch date given.
