Hermès signs lease for first Tampa boutique, opening in 2027

Hermès, the Paris-based luxury house, has signed a lease for its first Tampa boutique — an 8,030-square-foot, two-storey store at Hyde Park Village, an open-air centre owned by WS Development. Opening is expected in 2027. Hermès operates more than 300 stores across 45 countries and already has Florida locations in Miami and Orlando.
