Ticketmaster connects event discovery to its fourth AI assistant, Google's Gemini

Ticketmaster announced on Aug. 12 that U.S. users can now find live events through Google's Gemini chatbot by describing what they want in plain conversation, with selected seats carrying over to checkout. Gemini follows ChatGPT, Claude and Amazon Alexa+, making four AI assistants that now surface Ticketmaster events — a shift from driving fans to its own website toward meeting them inside the tools they already use.
