Brian Madjo, 17, became the youngest player to start and score in a UEFA Super Cup match, netting Aston Villa's equaliser in their 2-1 defeat to PSG on 12 August. Madjo joined Villa from FC Metz in January 2026. Manager Unai Emery handed him a starting spot in the final. BBC's Match of the Day analysts called his display "hugely impressive."
