Elena Rybakina came from a set and a break down to beat Naomi Osaka 4-6, 7-6(7-5), 6-4 in the Canadian Open quarter-final in Toronto. The second seed hit 72 unforced errors — her most in a match this season — but served her 15th ace on match point after two hours 33 minutes. Both players won 106 points. Rybakina faces Coco Gauff next.
