Fired Disney CEO Bob Chapek to Publish Memoir with Simon & Schuster Imprint

Gallery Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, will publish former Disney CEO Bob Chapek's memoir "Behind the Castle Walls: My Thirty Years at the Happiest Place on Earth" on 29 September. Chapek joined Disney in 1993 and served as CEO from 2020 to 2022, when Disney fired him a year before his contract expired and replaced him with predecessor Bob Iger.
