Amazon Games to hand Lost Ark's Western servers back to Smilegate in early 2027

Amazon Games will stop operating Lost Ark's Western servers in early 2027, returning control to original developer Smilegate, which already runs every other region. The massively-multiplayer online action RPG will sit under one operator worldwide for the first time. Character progression and wallet balances carry over; social data including friends lists, mail and chat history will be wiped. No exact date was given.
