Kick It Out chair Sanjay Bhandari to step down at end of 2026-27 season

Sanjay Bhandari will step down as chair of Kick It Out at the end of the 2026-27 season after more than seven years in the role. Only the second chair in the charity's 33-year history, he succeeded founder Lord Herman Ouseley in 2019. Bhandari, awarded an MBE in 2024, called the role a "tremendous honour." A recruitment process aims to identify his successor by December, with a handover running to 1 July 2027.
