Pawlikowski's 'Fatherland' to Open 32nd Sarajevo Film Festival

Paweł Pawlikowski's 'Fatherland,' the final chapter of his Cold War trilogy, opens the 32nd Sarajevo Film Festival on 14 August 2026. The 82-minute Poland-Germany-Italy-France co-production premiered In Competition at Cannes earlier this year. Pawlikowski will personally welcome audiences at the gala screening, according to the festival. The edition closes on 21 August.
