Ipswich agree permanent deal to re-sign Julio Enciso from Strasbourg

Ipswich have agreed to sign 22-year-old Paraguay forward Julio Enciso permanently from Strasbourg, per BBC Sport. The fee is undisclosed but expected to take a sizeable chunk of Ipswich's remaining budget. Enciso had a six-month loan at Portman Road in 2025. Manager Gary O'Neil, who worked with him at Strasbourg last season, pushed for the reunion.
