Saldaña at Locarno: Political questions in Q&As unfairly target actors of colour and women

Receiving the Special Pardo at the 2026 Locarno Film Festival, Zoe Saldaña called out a press and festival Q&A pattern: political questions land disproportionately on actors of colour and women, not their white male colleagues. She called it "limiting" and "frustrating," saying she comes to discuss craft, not field politics.
