Zara Tindall opens 2026 FEI World Championships at Aachen, 20 years after winning eventing gold there

Zara Tindall, 45, daughter of the Princess Royal, gave the official starting signal for the 2026 FEI World Championships at Allianz Park in Aachen on 11 August 2026. She won individual eventing gold at the same venue in 2006. The championships run 10–23 August across six disciplines and serve as a qualifier pathway toward the LA 2028 Olympic Games.
