Hulu Develops 'Gaijin' Ramen Drama with Joseph Gordon-Levitt Eyeing Lead

Hulu is developing Gaijin, a drama about an American widower who moves to Tokyo and opens a ramen shop. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is executive producing with an eye to star. Shannon Goss, an Emmy-winning co-executive producer of FX's Shōgun, writes. Lionsgate Television is the studio.
