Ari Emanuel's Mari agrees £4.5bn deal to buy ATG Entertainment

Mari, Ari Emanuel's events company, has agreed to acquire ATG Entertainment from Providence Equity Partners for approximately £4.5 billion. ATG owns 38 UK venues, 23 US venues and 10 in Continental Europe, hosting over 16,000 performances for 18 million audience members annually. Completion is subject to regulatory approval; financial terms beyond the headline price are undisclosed.
