Alan Wake 2 passes 3 million sales despite Epic Games Store exclusivity on PC

Remedy disclosed in its January–June 2026 half-year report that Alan Wake 2 has sold over 3 million copies, crossing the mark in Q2. The game reached 2 million by end of 2024. It is an Epic Games-funded project, exclusive to the Epic Games Store on PC — bypassing Steam — yet sales keep climbing nearly three years after its October 2023 launch.
