Fontaines D.C. return to the stage after manager Trevor Dietz's death, debut two new songs in Cádiz

Fontaines D.C. played their first live shows of 2026 on 7–8 August at the Baluarte de la Candelaria in Cádiz, Spain, debuting two new songs, 'Marianne' and 'Six Shot Morning' (Billboard, 10 August). The return follows the June death of longtime manager Trevor Dietz, whom the band called their 'sixth member,' at age 47. The band have not linked the new material to his passing.
