UK Fintech Revolut Wins Permission to Operate in India

Revolut, a British money app, has won approval from India's banking regulator to offer digital wallets and prepaid cards. The clearance opens India's 1.4 billion-person market to the company after three years of regulatory work. Revolut has 350,000 customers waiting to sign up and aims for 20 million by 2030.
