Men who killed PC Andrew Harper could leave prison early

Two men convicted over the killing of PC Andrew Harper could be freed early under a new law in September, LBC reported. Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch said they should stay in prison. PC Harper's mother, Debbie Adlam, also criticised the idea. Ministers face pressure to write a special exception into the law for people who kill emergency workers.
