Houthi Rebels Attack Saudi Oil Ships in Red Sea
Houthi rebels attacked two Saudi oil ships near Yemen on 22 July 2026 using missiles and drones, spokesperson Yahya Saree said. A maritime monitoring group confirmed a strike. The attack enforced a blockade the rebels declared on 20 July after Yemen's government bombed a Houthi-controlled airport. Saudi Arabia has not commented. Two more Saudi oil ships turned back in the Red Sea.
