Monday.com Cuts 630 Jobs to Focus on AI Software
Workplace software company Monday.com is laying off about 630 employees, or 20% of its staff, as of July 22, 2026. The company says the cuts support a tighter focus on its AI Work Platform — a set of tools that lets people build apps, automate routine tasks, and use AI assistants and chatbots without needing to program. Restructuring costs are expected at $45–55 million.
