House Republicans Move Forward on $95 Billion War Spending Bill

House Republicans took a step July 16 toward passing a $95 billion spending bill, with about $73 billion for Iran war costs, The Hill reported. The Budget Committee approved it 20-14, with all Republicans for it and all Democrats against. It is the GOP's third try this session. The full House may vote next.
