Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch told BBC News that the Prime Minister's plan to cut the tax on energy bills had "already fallen apart." Writing on X, she asked how Andy Burnham would pay for his policies without raising taxes or borrowing more. Burnham has not yet published a detailed reply.
