Lettuce from Taylor Farms Linked to Parasite Outbreak Sickening 1,600-Plus

A parasite called Cyclospora — which causes stomach illness — has sickened over 1,600 people in the U.S. The CDC says the source is iceberg lettuce from Taylor Farms de Mexico. The company recalled it July 17, 2026. Walmart removed the lettuce from shelves. The CDC expects more people to report illness through August.
