Russia Launches Internet Satellites to Challenge SpaceX

Russia has launched 16 satellites into orbit, the first batch of Rassvet, a government project funded with $1.26 billion. The goal is to provide internet globally, competing with SpaceX's Starlink network. Building a working constellation requires hundreds or thousands of satellites orbiting low to Earth. Starlink already operates over 5,000.
