Disney Now Uses Face Scanning at Most Park Entrances

Disney has turned on face-scanning technology at nearly every entrance to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, with only four lanes allowing visitors to skip it. The system reads facial features, converts them to a numerical code, and deletes the code within 30 days. Data stays on local computers rather than sent to distant servers. This marks Disney's shift toward facial recognition as the standard entry method.
