National wants drug tests for people on jobseeker payment

The National Party says people on Jobseeker Support, the payment for people who can work, would face random drug tests to keep them 'ready for work'. Its social development spokesperson Louise Upston said this was reasonable, as many workers are tested, RNZ reported.
