Informa to Buy Clarion Events Company for £2.24 Billion

Informa has agreed to buy London events company Clarion from Blackstone for £2.24bn. It gains more than 100 gatherings, like adding concerts to a tour list, including London's DSEI defence show and Washington's AwesomeCon pop-culture event. Informa, with 14,000 workers, already puts on London Tech Week and Cannes Lions.
