Bosnian Leader Says Bosnia Doesn't Work Before Vote

Milorad Dodik, SNSD chief and former leader of Republika Srpska, Bosnia's Serb region, told supporters in Banja Luka that 'Bosnia-Herzegovina is dead, an impossible country that makes no sense.' Bosnia votes Oct. 4 for its three-person presidency and parliaments under the 1995 Dayton peace deal sharing power. The result could affect its EU membership bid.
