Dodik Calls Bosnia 'Dead' Ahead of Oct. 4 Election
Milorad Dodik, leader of the SNSD party and former president of Republika Srpska (Bosnia's Serb-led entity), told supporters in Banja Luka that 'Bosnia-Herzegovina is dead. It is an impossible country, it makes no sense.' Bosnia votes Oct. 4 for its three-member presidency and parliaments under the 1995 Dayton power-sharing system. The result could affect its EU bid.
