One fewer contender for head of Ontario Liberals
Eric Lombardi, known for work on housing, has dropped out of the contest to become head of Ontario's Liberal Party. He is supporting Lee Fairclough, who represents Etobicoke-Lakeshore in Ontario's legislature, calling her 'substantive and pragmatic.' Lombardi said he could not raise enough money to avoid debt. Four people remain. The winner will be named Nov. 21.
