Why 44,000 People Said No to Sharing NHS Health Records

More than 44,000 people, organized by 38 Degrees, have objected to the NHS sharing, storing or using their health records in the Federated Data Platform, the NHS central system built by Palantir. They use UK privacy law Article 21. Palantir says it only follows NHS orders and keeps data in Britain. The £330m deal begins in February 2027.
