Grenfell Evidence on 54 People, 20 Organisations Goes to Prosecutors

Crown prosecutors will now decide whether to charge 54 people and 20 companies and organisations over the Grenfell Tower fire. Metropolitan Police passed them evidence on the 14 June 2017 North Kensington blaze that killed 72. Police called it a 'milestone moment'. Possible charges include corporate and gross negligence manslaughter — deaths from serious carelessness — the Guardian reported.
