44,000 Object to NHS Data Deal With Palantir

More than 44,000 people, organized by 38 Degrees, have objected to their NHS records being shared with, stored in or used in the Federated Data Platform, built on Palantir technology. The objections cite Article 21 of UK GDPR data-protection law. Palantir says it acts on NHS instructions and data stays in the UK. The £330m contract starts in February 2027.
