More Than 44,000 File Legal Objections Over NHS Data in Palantir Platform

More than 44,000 people have filed formal objections under Article 21 of UK GDPR to their NHS data being shared with, stored in or used by the Federated Data Platform using Palantir technology, coordinated by 38 Degrees. Palantir says it follows NHS instructions and data remains in the UK. The £330m deal is due to take effect in February 2027.
