Paramount Plans to Buy All of Warner Bros. Discovery for Cash

Paramount says it will buy all of Warner Bros. Discovery for $31 cash per share. Both boards — the companies' decision-makers — unanimously agreed to the deal, announced Feb. 27, aiming to finish in Q3 2026, that's July to September. That $31 is what owners would get, but they must still vote yes and the money must be lined up.
