Canada trade deal near

U.S. President Donald Trump says he believes Canada will agree to a trade deal on buying and selling goods in three to four weeks. He called it a “fair deal.” He added: “They're going to come in, and they're going to say, 'Sir, we are sorry.'” The comments were reported Sept. 28.
