Trump says Canada will agree to 'fair deal' in weeks

U.S. President Donald Trump said he believes he can strike a trade agreement with Canada in three to four weeks. He said Canadians will agree to what he called "a fair deal" and added: "They're going to come in, and they're going to say, 'Sir, we are sorry.'" The comments were reported Sept. 28.
