Bose headphones can now tune into shared broadcasts

Bose has released software update 10.12.12 for its $449 QuietComfort Ultra Headphones Gen 2, adding test versions of Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast. They are Bose's first headphones that can pick up Auracast, which works like a radio station sharing sound with many headphones. The test update also improves private listening on compatible Android and Windows devices.
